I have recently transferred agencies from one agency that was really prepared,  to an agency that is not so prepared.  While in budget talks,  I am having to justify,  and show how many "agencies" use this type of command unit.

With this being said,  how many SBLE have some sort of ICS/ Command type units for Supervisors / Chief's?  If you have one what do you have in your unit for comparison.
